Rental Duration.
The cottage rental is from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that guests have departed by 10:30am on the day of their departure. We ask the the cottage is left in the same state of tidyness as it was found on arrival and that any accidental breakages or repairs be reported prior to departure. Letting is generally from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed advanced with the owners.
Your Booking Reservation and Payment.
The cottage can be requested for bookings made via this website, via email request to info@jacksirishcottage.com or via telephone. If your chosen dates are available then you will get an email confirmation and will be asked to pay a deposit. Deposits can be made via online credit card payments, bankers draft or cash. The 25% deposit must be paid 4 weeks in advance of arrival and is non-refundable.
Your Deposit Secures your Booking.
Your deposit will safeguard your booking and the balance will be payable on arrival. You will always be reminded one week in advance of your arrival via email where you have provided an address or via telephone if not.
Accidental Breakages.
Customers are always liable for breakages during their stay so an inspection with the owner will be completed on arrival. We ask that customers accept a €100 cash deposit to cover breakages which is fully refundable at the end of your stay.

Safety and Security.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us but remind you to take the usual sensible security precautions while you are on holiday. The property is fully alarmed and secure but we ask that you dont leave your valuables on view while you are out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items during your stay.
Selfcatering means just that.
We want you to enjoy the full cottage experience so we ask that you wash and clean all of the kitchen items that you use. We ask that the other rooms are kept clean and tidy for your departure and that we have a strict no smoking policy within the cottage.
Pet Policy.
Pets are welcome and well behaved house trained pets are especially welcome. Guests can expect to incur a soilage charge if pets decide not to follow these rules.
